To calm ourselves down enough to feel the heart of another takes stillness. Reading others takes stillness. How to get still? For me the opposite of fear is stillness. Dissolve the fear and under it is peace or stillness, Oneness awaits us all when we stop fearing.
Fear can be dissolved just by feeling into it and surrendering it to the body. The body knows how take it and transform it. When we are still, we are confident, we are grateful, we are able to read each other intuitively even psychicly.
